Haneda Airport Passenger Terminal has been ranked a “5-Star Airport,” the highest level of the “World Airport Star Rating” conducted by UK-based SKYTRAX.
We have also once again been ranked first place globally in three categories in the “World Airport Awards 2023.”
As a gateway to Japan’s skies, moving forward, all Haneda Airport staff will continue to maintain a high level of awareness and strive to provide facilities and services from the customer’s point of view. We will continue to make Haneda Airport ideal, and aim to be the trusted airport of choice for aviation industry professionals and customers from all over the world.
About SKYTRAX
SKYTRAX is an international aviation industry rating organization. It was established in 1989, and is based in London, UK.
It conducts its own unique audits and passenger satisfaction surveys, publishing ratings on airlines and international airports around the world.
The “World Airport Star Rating” designates airports that have achieved comprehensive quality and performance as “5-Star Airports,” the highest international rating.
Additionally, the “World Airport Awards” consist of a diverse set of quality evaluation categories. Each year, passengers cast their votes through an online survey. The results provide rankings for over 550 international airports worldwide, positioning the awards as a global benchmark.
