Supply Chain&Management
We will engage in sound, highly transparent management, promote fair business activities.
As a Group engaged in the operation of public airport passenger terminals, JAT complies with
laws, regulations, and social norms as a matter of course.
Further, we will strengthen our system of governance, engage in sound, highly transparent
management, promote fair business activities, and contribute to solving social issues.
JAT Group Procurement Policy, Sustainable Procurement Guidelines
Regarding our procurement activities, we pay attention to environmental and social issues in all business activities, including the entire supply chain, and conduct transactions in a Fair, Just, and Sincere Manner. We will ensure that our business partners are kindly expected to understand the purpose of the “Japan Airport Terminal Group Sustainable Procurement Guidelines”, which summarizes matters that we require them to comply with, respect each other's positions, and build good partnerships based on mutual trust. By doing so, we will conduct responsible procurement activities based on this policy.
Enhancing Sustainability Governance
Dissemination of sustainable procurement guidelines
The JAT Group has a Procurement Policy and Sustainable Procurement Guidelines to promote proper supply chain management and fair procurement practices. Currently, of the approximately 3,500 suppliers, tenants, and other companies that do business with our Group, about 570 companies have been identified as Tier 1, accounting for the top 90% of total transaction value. The Supply Chain Subcommittee took the lead in achieving the KPI for FY2023 of disseminating the guidelines to major suppliers.

Conducting a survey
In accordance with our Sustainable Procurement Guidelines, the Group aims to conduct
transactions fairly and honestly, paying attention to environmental and social issues in all
of our business activities and in our supply chain. We are asking our suppliers to
understand this and to comply with the guidelines, and have conducted a survey to help us
improve sustainability throughout the supply chain. In addition to conducting a survey to
determine whether our suppliers comply with the Sustainable Procurement Guidelines, we are
also working with the Human Rights Subcommittee to conduct additional surveys in business
areas where human rights risks have been identified as high.
We plan to continue conducting the Sustainable Procurement Guideline Compliance Survey each
year, as we strive to improve response and conformance rates, and ensure that procurement
throughout the supply chain is fair.
