Human Resource Training
We are committed to creating a fulfilling, employee-friendly workplace.
To realize our long-term vision of becoming a World Best Airport, we recognize that human resources are our most important form of capital. We also recognize that, in order to realize sustainable Group growth, we must promote human resource development. This includes career development support, so that human resources might be transformed into professionals, and workplace environment improvement to enhance employee engagement.
Education and Training
A company’s people are its most important asset. Our company has established a diversified system of education and training with the goal of becoming a leading company in the airport industry.
This is in order to earn customer trust, drive growth, and advance toward our long-term Group vision of “To Be a World Best Airport.”
Basic Customer Satisfaction Mindset Training
We provide training that covers the basics of the customer satisfaction mindset for new employees and those dealing with customers day-to day. The objective is to instill a sense of pride in working at Haneda Airport and to nurture a strong mindset toward customer satisfaction.
Plus One Promotion
We cultivate innovation and problem-solving by promoting “Plus One” thinking. Part of our internal branding, the initiative aims at shifting employee mindsets and behaviors, nurturing individuals who are not afraid to think outside the box and take on challenges.
To foster independent learning and facilitate exchange of ideas across different departments and levels of seniority within the company, we’ve established the “Learning Room.” The initiative also aims to nurture individuals who can think flexibly and take decisive action. We organize study sessions led by our in-house experts who possess specialized knowledge and experience. Furthermore, we offer workshops aimed at enhancing work-life balance and improving skills, thereby boosting employee motivation and productivity.
Industry-Academia and Cross-Industry Collaboration
Flexible thinking and new ideas are indispensable for enhancing our ability to respond to changes in society and the business environment. Internal recruitment aimed at our younger employees helps us implement cross-industry and industry-academia collaboration initiatives. Through these initiatives, we aim to foster the ability to think independently and embrace challenges.
As our business volume grows with the globalization and expansion of the Group, it is becoming increasingly important to make workplaces more pleasant and fulfilling.
We place great importance on making the best use of our human resources and improving productivity through operational efficiency while embracing work style reform.
