Message from the President

The Japan Airport Terminal Group, as a purely private company engaged in construction, management and operation of highly public passenger terminals, has, since our founding, pursued management that strikes “Harmony between the Business and the Society.”, Philosophy.
In a business environment where society as a whole and the aviation industry are undergoing major changes due to technological innovation, diversifying customer needs, and stricter environmental regulations, we position sustainability as the core of our strategy for balancing resolving social issues with our own sustainable growth. Based on this philosophy, we are working toward realizing " human-and-eco-friendly advanced airport 2030."
Specific initiatives based on the materiality we have identified so far are beginning to bear fruit, and we are seeing steady progress in areas such as achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions, promoting the active participation of diverse human resources, coexisting with local communities, and development of a safe, comfortable and advanced airport.
Furthermore, to promote sustainability management in an advanced and efficient manner, we will effectively utilize data and digital technology, based on digital transformation (DX). This will not only enhance passenger terminal operations, but also make non-financial information more visible to stakeholders and promote its integration with financial information, leading to increased corporate value.
With fiscal 2025 as a new starting point, we will deepen dialogue with stakeholders, continue to disclose information with a high level of transparency, and make further efforts to contribute to sustainable airport operations.

The Japan Airport Terminal Group, as a purely private company engaged in construction, management and operation of highly public passenger terminals, has adopted a basic philosophy of “Harmony between the Business and the Society.”
To realize ““To Be a World Best Airport - To be the world’s most respected airport, pursuing the satisfaction of all stakeholders -,”we will promote sustainable business activities while contributing to the development of the socioeconomy under the Sustainability Basic Policy.
Editorial Policy
The Japan Airport Terminal Group promotes information disclosure by utilizing communication tools such as the corporate website and integrated reports in order to further deepen the understanding of our group among our stakeholders. It describes how the Group is working to solve societal issues and improve sustainable corporate value through its business, as well as its long-term vision "To Be a World Best Airport" and its vision for 2030. This page introduces our efforts to create human-and-eco-friendly advanced airport.
