we provide the same high-quality services
at other airports in Japan and abroad.
Outline of Business
We assist customers in travelling safely and comfortably through facilities management operations, mainly at Haneda Airport, and meet the diversifying needs of customers through merchandise sales and food and beverage operations. Our goal is to offer customers pleasant experience in the terminals at an air gateway to Tokyo.
Radiative Cooling Material "Radi-Cool"
We began handling the radiative cooling material "Radi-Cool", which applies the principles of radiative cooling, in 2020.
By lowering indoor temperatures in locations where installing air conditioners is difficult and by improving air-conditioning efficiency to reduce electricity costs, the material has proven effective. Following demonstration tests conducted within airports, we now sell Radi-Cool as an authorized distributor to other airports, tourist facilities, factories, and similar sites.

In pursuit of becoming the "World's Best Airport," a new research and development hub called "terminal.0 HANEDA" (Terminal Zero Haneda) opened on February 28, 2024, within HANEDA INNOVATION CITY. This facility operates on the theme of "Everything an airport can do to move people's hearts," and aims to solve airport challenges and realize a comfortable future for Haneda Airport through open innovation.
