ABOUT US
What is "terminal.0"?
This is an R&D and co-working hub established by the Japan Airport Terminal Group, which handles the construction, management and operation of Haneda Airport's terminals. "terminal.0" was set up in collaboration with participating companies and organizations, with a core focus on research, development and demonstration experiments related to airports.
The aim is to deploy the innovations created from scratch at "terminal.0" across Haneda Airport's terminals, and eventually to airports throughout Japan and worldwide.

Even as global technology develops at an accelerating pace and the environment surrounding society changes rapidly,
human emotions and sensibilities will continue to exist unchanged in the future.
We believe that moving people's hearts through airport operations will be a perpetually valuable endeavor.
We will therefore focus on the feelings that customers and stakeholders experience at the airport, such as "excitement," "reassurance," "enjoyment," and "kindness," and commit to research and development and its subsequent deployment.
