Domestic Terminal Passenger Service Facilities Charge

Travellers using the Tokyo International (Haneda) Airport passenger terminal are required to pay a “passenger service facilities charge”. This fee goes towards the expense of maintaining departure and arrival lobbies, gate lounges, concourses, boarding guidance equipment, moving walkways, and other facilities and equipment used by travellers. Your understanding in this matter is deeply appreciated.

* The domestic flight passenger service facilities charges levied on customers arriving or leaving on domestic flights from April 1, 2011 will be revised as shown below.

Adults (aged 12 or older) 100 yen 170 yen
Children (aged 3 to 11) 50 yen 80 yen
* The above fees are per arriving or departing passenger (tax included)
* Fees are included in the price of airplane tickets.

* Children’s fees are charged for children under the age of three for which children’s tickets are purchased.
