  • Q1 What are the terminal hours?
    • A1Generally 4:45 to 24:00 hours. However, the departure and arrival lobby close after the last flight.
  • Q2 Which waiting areas are easiest to find?
    • A2At the No.1-8 clocks on the departures floor (2nd floor), and the North and South meeting plazas on the arrivals floor, of Terminal 1. There are meeting points (Sun Tower, Moon Tower) on the floor B1. At the No.1-4 clocks on the departures floor (2nd floor), and the meeting point on the arrivals floor(1st floor), of Terminal 2. Also there is a meeting point (Wakaime plaza) on the 1st basement..
  • Q3 Where is the Post Office?
    • A3The Post Office is located in the central Market Place on the 1st floor of Terminal 1.
  • Q4 Where is the bank?
    • A4Mizuho Bank is located in the central Market Place on the 1st floor of Terminal 1. Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ ATMs are located on the 2nd floor of the South Wing and the 1st floor of the North Wing. Mizuho Bank, Citibank, and Sumitomo Mitsui Bank ATMs are located on the 1st floor and floor B1 of the North Wing. Sumitomo Mitsui Bank, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Mizuho Bank, and Post Office ATMs are available in Terminal 2.
  • Q5 Where can I buy souvenirs before I leave?
    • A5Stores selling a wide variety of products are located on each floor and lobby.
  • Q6 Questions about parking (fees, business hours).
  • Q7 How do I get to the observation decks?
    • A7The Terminal 1 rooftop observation deck may be reached from the sixth floor of the Market Place in Terminal 1. The Terminal 2 rooftoop observation deck may be reached from the fifth floor of the Market Place. Both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 observation decks are open between 6:30 and 22:00.
      * Observation decks may be closed in bad weather.
  • Q8 Do you have infant nursing facilities in the terminal?
    • A8 Infant nursing facilities are located at 16 points in Terminal 1, and 18 points in Terminal 2. Look for the infant nursing facility signs on the terminal guides, or ask at an information desk.

    • A2 Check with domestic flight information for expected arrival times, and with Haneda Airport General Information (03-5757-8111) for actual arrived times.

    • A3 Check with the reservations center of the airline concerned.
